Click the “Book a Consultation” button on our website, which will take you to Headway.com where you can choose a session time that works best for you.
From there, simply follow the steps in Headway, including creating an account. You’ll also be able to enter your insurance information to see what your estimated out-of-pocket cost may be if your insurance does not fully cover the session.
In the first session, we focus on getting to know you and understanding what has brought you in. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, mental health history, lifestyle, and goals for treatment. Together, we’ll begin to clarify what may be contributing to your symptoms and discuss possible treatment options, which may include therapy strategies, lifestyle changes, or medication. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in your care.
That’s completely okay. Many clients are new to psychiatric care. Calmara Psychiatry aims to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can ask questions, share concerns, and move at a pace that feels comfortable.
